Inquiries from guests reserved for our hotels or booking site customer center.
Fluent Thai speaker is wanted.
We will give you a manual on the answer to the inquiry, so please check it and get you will answer. For inquiries you can’t answer, please ask the management team and respond to guests.
Since we will respond when receiving a call, work is fine anywhere as long as the phone is connected.
We are looking for a fluent English and Thai speaker with excellent written skills.
・仕事量：週5〜日、7〜8時間/日 程度
Office hour : 5days ~ per week

Test term: 2 months
【 報酬 】月30000円~
30000JPY per months~

英語中国語両方に長けている方
カスタマーサポートの経験・実績がある方を歓迎します。
Requirements
experience in Customer Service organization or/and at interactive, advertising, public relations, or marketing agencies and/or experience owning social channels preferable.
Passion for communicating with guests from various countries
Excellent written and verbal communication.
