Tokyo Bay Films Entertainment, Inc. is a production company that acts as a guide into Japanese (sub-)cultures for foreign audiences. We give honest and easy to understand reports of Japan tailored to the foreign audience, in the voice of the audience, based on their cultural background and understanding. We target China with our Chinese online TV channel: Riyu TV, and we target the West (mainly the U.S.) with The White Ship Initiative.
