Data analyst | Power BI | Data visualisation | SQL
Goal-oriented with more than 3 years of experience as Senior Quality Officer in Nestle India Limited. Started my career at site location (Pantnagar, Uttrakhand) which manufacture Maggi noodles, seasonings and various vending mixes products. I got responsibility of Sensory and consumer complaints where I analyzed consumer complaints data for site location as well as South Asia Region, aiming to leverage analytical skills to drive actionable insights and improve customer satisfaction. Further I got an opportunity to work at head office for SAR region. I learnt SAP and various Microsoft applications. Meeting objective is my forte and with accomplish various KPIs. Contributed in projects of new and existing product development with multifunctional stakeholders from sensory perspective and improvements in consumer communication from consumer complaints perspective. I have acquired certification in Microsoft Power BI and PostgreSQL.
