About RTA E-toll

Welcome to the RTA E-Toll
the easy way to pay on all Sydney and interstate toll roads.

Before you use your RTA E-Toll tag, please read the enclosed information and take the time to closely follow the instructions. Your tag may not work if it is incorrectly installed which may result in an administration fee being charged to your RTA E-Toll account.

Inside this pack you will find:

Your electronic tag/s and tag brackets for attachment to your vehicles windscreen. Please note that tags are prepacked with a bracket attached.

Tag mounting instructions - please follow these carefully to ensure that your tag works correctly. Special note for late model vehicles: Some late model or European-made vehicles have metallic windscreens requiring tags to be attached in a position different to that shown in the installation instructions. If an area of your vehicle's windscreen is covered with dots or is lighter than the rest of the windscreen, your vehicle has a metallic windscreen and the tag must be attached within this area. Please refer to your vehicle's handbook for more information.

Your E-Toll account has been opened with a security deposit and an opening balance for each tag. When your E-Toll account balance falls to or below the minimum amount, we will top up your account by transferring the top-up amount from your nominated credit card or bank account.
