Write an essay and a skit based on the same theme. The theme should be on intercultural friction that Japanese business people are likely to face when working in foreign companies or with foreign people in Japanese companies.
Essay:
-argumentative essay aimed for business people (not for academic purpose)
-should include personal experience and examples
-should be in authentic language but approximately at B1 in CEFR
-800-1000 words
-should consist of three parts under one main theme (include a title and 3 subtitles)
Skit:
-conversation between 2 business people
-should include a punch-line
-5-7 turns, 250-300 words
-should be in authentic language but approximately at B1 in CEFR
Conditions:
-10,000 yen for an essay and a skit (include revisions)
-Native speaker of English
-Must have an experience working with Japanese people in a company
-Please submit your background information on working experience with your material.
