Language Direction for Public-Facing Video Content
This project reviewed Japanese text before public release to prevent misunderstanding and ensure appropriate wording for real use in Japan.
It was not translation or simple proofreading, but a review of context, tone, and interpretation risk.
The review covered websites, app UI, terms and conditions, notices, pre-contract explanations, and Google Maps descriptions, all of which are difficult to revise after release.
The role focused on identifying wording that could feel unnatural or misleading, especially when based on English or AI-generated content, and suggesting safer alternatives.
As a result, the final text reduced interpretation risk and was suitable for long-term public use.Japanese language review
