Setup, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, response, and capacity planning for critical Linux systems and infrastructure
Perform some system administration duties on Linux servers across development, quality assurance, stage, and production environments supporting critical applications
Collaborate with the Systems Engineering and development teams to troubleshoot system and application issues
Respond, resolve, and automate common procedures used to resolve incident and change request tickets
Assist in deploying applications into the various environments
Required skills
Fluent Japanese language ability
4+ years of experience in Linux or UNIX systems administration, supporting critical production systems in an enterprise environment
Excellent computer ethics, as this role may handle confidential company data
Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision while balancing competing priorities like projects, service requests, and production support incidents
Ability to interact and communicate with team members globally
