We run a retail online business and I am looking for a person who can handle clerical tasks
to purchase from vendors to deliver to our warehouse in Los angeles.
-purchasing from Manufacturers upon PO
-Ask questions to vendors
-Correspond with warehouse regarding the delivery dates, contents of shipment etc..

*MUST be able to be online during LA time below.
Work Hours
*Monday Morning from 8-10(About 2 hours)
*Tuesday Morning from 8-10(About 2 hours)
*Wednesday Morning from 8-9(About 1 hour/if the order comes in)
*Thursday or Friday,
this is the date when we export all the items that comes in to our warehouse to Japan
so some clerical jobs are needed to proceed with Export documents.
Work hours are flexible(that means you can start earlier than this time frame,
if the job gets done within that day)
We usually order on Monday and Tuesday and the shipments come in on Thursdays
and we ship either on Thursday or Friday to Japan.
you have to be able to speak English very precisely to make deals
with vendors such as colors/sizes/quantities to avoid mistakes.
